Racquetball Canada Announces 'National Racquetball Week - RACQUETBALL ROCKS!'

National Racquetball Week begins this weekend, and there will be racquetball events across the country this week, so donšt miss out!

"Racquetball Rocks" is a fun promotional week in which Racquetball Canada in conjunction with provincial racquetball associations encourages new people to come out and try racquetball. We will be highlighting our provincial and national teams, and celebrating the game with community involvement throughout the country.

Racquetball is a game that can be played by all ages and skill levels. Usually played by two or four people, there are also variants for three players and you get a great work out on the court solo too.

We are encourage individuals, families, schools, businesses, and community groups to try and include racquetball as part of their physical fitness activities. It is a great way to develop new skills, enhance physical activity habits, and meet new people. Playing racquetball can burn 700-800 calories in an hour!

Each province across Canada has a provincial representative, who has been working hard with their local committee to organize the best National Racquetball Week ever! Please contact your local representative to find out more about what is going on in your area.
